Approach: Najmieh Batmanglij is a has introduced many to the world of Persian cooking through her books which are published by Mage. Those cookbooks are filled with beautiful photographs and other historical images of Iran. With this site I tried to recreate the look of the books, and to also provide sample recipes and information on classes.
