Approach: Najmieh Batmanglij has introduced many to the world of Persian cooking through her books which are published by Mage. Those cookbooks are filled with beautiful photographs and other historical images of Iran. With this site I tried to recreate the look of the 25th anniversary edition of her classic cookbook The Food of Life, and to also provide sample recipes and information on classes.
